[FIXED] [Mage][PvE][PvP] Glyph of Mirror Images - Fire&Arcane

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The Fire versions of the images are doing too much damage. This is likely true for the Arcane versions as well.

In this video, where the mage has 4/5 T13 pieces and at least 10542 Spell Power (visible at 6:00), Mirror Images are doing 1.9k - max 2k damage (see at 15:30)

My mage is full Cataclysmic (with the exception of the wand, which is ruthless) and with 9391 spell power, Mirror Images are doing 5k - max 5.3k damage. Notice that Power Torrent procced, but only after I summoned my images.

In the following days I will try to find proof for the Arcane versions as well.

First time without glyph: 1225.2 dps, 37209 damage
Second time without glyph: 1221.8 dps, 37228 damage
First time with glyph: 1270.7 dps, 37282 damage
Second time with glyph: 1338.1 dps, 39220 damage
Third time with glyph: 1285.2 dps, 37745 damage
Fourth time with glyph: 1289.7 dps, 37841 damage"
