[Death Knight][PvE] Frost Fever

Description: When you cast Frost Fever (with Icy Touch or through Outbreak) on any target in DS, including bosses, and then a shaman casts Earth Shock on the same target, your Frost Fever gets removed and you need to re-cast it every time someone uses a spell with the same attack speed reducing debuff. That's because this part of Frost Fever "reducing melee and ranged attack speed by 20% for 8 seconds." is the same debuff on Earth Shock (and all other spells with the same debuff) and that same debuff replaces the whole DoT.

P.S Doesn't matter if the shaman is enhancement/elemental/restoration. The bug DOES NOT happen on dummy, it's only in Dragon Soul and Baradin Hold (maybe Firelands). We also tested in Naxxramas, it doesn't happen there either.
