[FIXED] [Proffesion] Alchemy's Mixology

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Mixology (wowhead link) does not work. It should make an flask (of 1 hr duration) last 2 hours, and increase the stat bonus by + 80 of that flask (it should also take into account Class / Race bonuses, like for example a Shaman's "Mail Specialization"). This is the same with Elixirs.
In essence, these are the following situations, as it stands with Mixology being bugged:

No Guild, No Alchemy -> 1hr Flask/Elixir (no increased stats).
No Guild, with Alchemy & Mixology -> 1hr Flask/Elixir (no increased stats).
Guild with Chug-A-Lug perk, plus Alchemy & Mixology -> 2hrs Flask (no increased stats), 1hr Elixir (note: all of this due to the fact that the Guild Perk does not work properly, kind of like a bug negating the other one to make the duration work).

Dovada / Proof: no Mixology, just Mixology, Mixology & Guild perk
