Tutorial for how to vote

I've voted 3 times yesterday, got 0 VPs. I'll try again now to see it at least today the problem is gone.

Gtop 100 (first site) gives me a 404 error (gz to you who got the joke), rest seems fine.

Edit: Forgot to say that I didn't get any VPs from this morning's voting either. Idk what seems to be the problem.
