Dual Spec Hunter

Bug description: Can't buy the Dual Spec

Hi I reached lvl 30 and wanted to try Survival on my Hunter, but when I went to the trainer,
he says I don't have enough money, although the cost of Dual Spec is 10g.
Am I doing something wrong or is it a general problem?

As far as i remember you need to have 1k gold in your bag...but the trainer will still only take 10 gold from it

It has something to do with certain NPC's if i'm not mistaken, they will still charge you the old price of 1000g thus not really being able to train it with less.

If you can mention the name of the NPC from which you tried to learn from that would be great, otherwise try to find another trainer.

So the guy at Undercity, can't give me the Dual Spec BUT
this guy at Brill likes me and he gave it to me.

So the Apolos guy is bugged as far as the Dual Spec, but my problem is solved. Thank you guys!
