This quest is doable, but is in AUTOCOMPLETE... When you use the provided item Water of Vision (ID: 49651), it should turn you into a spirit wolf and it start to run directly to Camp Sungraze.
In the real, you just summon a non combat wolf spirit that not follow you and not do anything.
