Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Death and Decay
Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Targets that are not in LoS from the middle of Death and Decay's area do not take damage, nor receive a combat state.

PS: Consecration actually damages targets that aren't in LoS from it's middle, but it suffers from the old Death and Decay bug, where it would deal no damage if the player went out of LoS.

Fixed, as well as Consecration.
