Cataclysmic/Ruthless gear 2p bonus

Bug description: Well, 2p bonus is not giving that 400 (Important) resilience at all. Let me give you few calculations and proof:
I have logged on today and saw something strange. I usually had 4916 resilience on my restoration pvp gear, but I now have 4516. At 1st I though I failed at gear switch in gear manager, but later I have noticed that it's exactly 400 resilience, and no iteam in wow gives u 400 resilience. I have decided to do calculations which say that I should gain this amount of resilience:
-5 iteams give me 191 resil (Neckless, cloak, bracers, ring 1, ring 2)
191x5=955
-3 iteams give me 343 resil (Helm, Robe, legguards)
343x3=1.029
955+1.029=1.984
-2 iteams give me 484 resil (Cataclysmic Freedom of Alliance trinket, Cataclysmic Battlemaster's health increasing trinket)
484x2=968
1.984+968=2.952
-4 iteams with 255 resil (Shoulderpads, Gloves, Belt, Boots)
255x4=1.020
2.952+1.020=3.972
-Offhand with 181 and relic with 108 resil, total of 289 resil
3.972+289=4.261 resil
-255 resil from enchants, gems and socket bonuses
4.261+255=4.516

Missing 400 resil from 2p bonus.

Now, take in mind that this bug happens only sometimes, and I'm not the only one who noticed it. Sometimes relog fixes it, sometimes it fixes by itself after a longer period of time, but it is a real bug that happens more and more occasionally.
