GM`s not helping

hey all just today i made a ticket for a BUGGED loot in a RAID , the GM responded me with :"you lost loot cuz you dident killed the boss in the right order" but i did i allways do !
is not cool i never get help when i need it , the GM will allways say is my fault , and not the servers fault , ye is my fault that the SERVER has buggs .

how do we play when GM`s are not helping out , with simple requests that should be responded fast and effective ?

For those kind of problems you should use the recovery section , but yeah some GMs are cunts in game.

Which brings the qeustion: why are they even GMs?

Without actual proof that you didn't receive any loot, our logs are unable to distinguish between "Boss didn't drop anything" and "Player didn't even try to loot it".

We are entirely sorry for this, but we cannot make such a move as it would be easily exploitable.
