Nu mai tin minte care a fost solutia gasita, dar am reinstalat windows-ul, wow, si am schimbat driverele placii video cu altele mai vechi

Daca ai CD-ul cu care a venit placa, mergi pe driverul ala. Ori ia de pe site-ul placii un update stabil al driverului.

Pot fi 2 cauze:
1 Driver la placa video vechi/sau nepotrivit cu modelul placi.
2 Problema wow ,nu da repair, descarcal iar daca problema nu se rezolva incearca sa iei un program de diagnosticare, se poate sa ai ceva incompatibilitati in PC.
