Guild master and officers offline

Greetings, i am a member of the Horde Guild "The Stallions" my ingame name is Teampriest, the gm and the officers of the guild have been completely inactive for the better part of three monts. This has caused all guild activities to stop and we are unable attract new members. I am looking to restart the guild but with the gm absent such effort would be rendered useless. Is there anything that can be done?

I've seen that the guild master hasn't been active for 12 hours not 3 months and several officers for less than a month. Unless he doesn't want to switch the guild master to another person, nothing can be done.
