Vote points transfer?

Hello I just want to ask if it is possible to transfer my existing vote points from my other old accounts (the accounts that I always used to vote whenever i changed main) to a new account, because I changed my main character. they are all mine. the old accounts I had have lots of unused vote points. 1 account has 201 Vps and my other account has 273 Vps. and it is just wasted points and voting efforts gone to waste . It would really be appreciated if I can make good use of the vote points I earned from voting and transfer them to my new account. I can also provide my emails or infos to prove that they are indeed mine.
