Nu inteleg de ce faci cerere de up cand ai fost scazut din cauza implicari tale,stii destul de bine ca se face barem lunar si conform baremului ai fost scazut,luna trecuta nu ai avut decat 2 codati,plus de asta ai avut 4 avertismente.
Cerere respinsa,sa vedem implicare din partea ta si atunci vedem daca meriti sa fi marit.
