Bug description: Nu ofera increase HP, Crit si nici Haste.
Modifica CORECT armura primita din items, la fel si AP-ul din Agility.

K. I`m not ro so I might be wrong about understanding this but I asked by ro guildies to translate it for me.
Nu ofera increase HP, Crit si nici Haste. I can confirm this. Well Part of it. Since Bear form DOES increase stamina(health points) while in it.
Example: Druid with 8881stamina ( my druid atm ) gets to 12 443 stamina in bear form.
Now thats 88.1 x 40 + 8881 stamina. 88.81 x 40 = 3552.4 stamina + 8881 stamina ( base one ) = 12.443.4 stamina.
Haste/Crit does not get increased.
Also.When shapeshifting into Bear form we are supposed to generate 10rage points.
That part is bugged here,we dont get any rage at all.

Some weird math you do there, but the result is correct (not really weird, just different than we are used to)
HP Stamina = Cat stamina x 1.4.

The stamina part of the bug was fixed a while ago, with a general fix.

Still bugged:
1. Haste and Crit don't receive increase as they should: +50% of the items stats.
2. When entering Bearform you should gain 10 rage. At the moment there you have no rage.

Almost everything fixed, except haste%... haste rating is correctly increased but haste% doesn't update, I will fix this some other time, please post another bug report
