Bug description: Glyph doesn't work

Hi everybody! Just got a glyph trough the voting system, the Glyph of Battle. I received the in-game mail, took the glyph and used it - and nothing happened: my Battle Shout is still two minutes long and there's no additional 50% increase in strenght and agility. I tried to log out and log in, but still no change. Even after some minutes, same situation.

Did I do something wrong?

You probably didin't apply the glyph, you can do it by presssing N and go from talents to glyphs and apply them , this might help you solve it out.
P.S the glyph doesn't increase the effectiveness of the spell by 50% , it's the range of the spell which is increased.
