migration and account bind

hello, i got a couple of questions
question 1 I did what was written in the faq for migration, pmed a gm (Ansiedad last night and no reply yet and today i pmed another gm in the faq mihai25 and still not reply from him either) so i dont know what to do pm another one?

question 2 Do i have to create another acount in https://www.freakz.ro except this acount in the forum or do i make an account bind?
