dear alex im linking u the previous post https://forum.wow-freakz.com/account-hacked-all-charectors-deleted-t344106.html u first agreed to help me but i dont understand why u suddenly changed ur mind and replied like that. i have donated more than 1500 dollars which i think used for the development of the server but now im suffering as all my charectors were gone and im inneed of ur help but im not getting it right at the moment. i hope u understand. please help me to solve the issue

It clearly says in the rules that you will not be helped incase your account gets hacked , nowhere theres a line saying donors get special treatement
