Hey, just out of curiosity when MOP comes out will account wide mounts and achievs be implemented? and also, if yes, can I donate to transfer one character from one account to another ?

Account wide mounts & achievs will be avaible however donated mounts won't be account wide and will only belong to the character that donated for em and no you cant move chars from 1 account to another even by donation (which is sad I haz 4 accounts QQ).

I didn't post in that section because I was more concerned about the char transfer donation from one account to another.
