Sunt mai multe probleme cu acest spell.

In primul rand, nu se scaleaza cu nimic. In retribution spec si gear, cu ~23,7k attack power, face 4860 overall damage in 10 ticks, iar in tooltip scrie 12989 damage (aceeasi valoare este scrisa si cand port 0 gear). Tooltip-ul nu se updateaza pentru Ret paladin, cum de altfel nu se updateaza nici un spell care se scaleaza cu SP, cel mai probabil un bug vizual.

In holy spec / gear, tooltip-ul se updateaza, aratandu-mi 105k dmg / 109k healing cu ~15,6k SP. Insa damage-ul a ramas neschimbat. 4860 over 10 ticks, 486 per tick.

Intr-adevar delay-ul l-am observat si eu dar mi s-a parut mai degraba 1 secunda. Cat despre bug-ul cu range, este strict legat de anumiti dummies de pe Freakz, l-am testat pe alti NPCs si pe players in-game, la max range, si a mers corect.

Nu in ultimul rand, dupa cum ai precizat si tu, ar trebui sa dea damage crescator, din ce in ce mai mult cu fiecare secunda. In momentul de fata da acelasi damage per tick.
De asemenea, daca primeste dispel, nu da damage-ul final (44%).
