Bug description: When i click on quest item it said : Requires %s . The GM ingame told me to post it

No, the quest item is bugged and I did not consider it a priority due to the fact that the quest is doable, easy, without it.
Will be left as such, for now... not a priority issue, doesn't affect the quest.
