[FIXED] [Druid][Feral][Passive] Omen of Clarity vs Predatory Swiftness.

Bug description: If druid has both OoC and predatory swiftness procs. casting anything with predatory swiftness proc will also consume OoC proc.

OoC proc is supposed to be still active while predatory swiftness gets consumed by spell which was casted.

Predatory Swiftness must be consumed first in case that both OoC and Predatory Swiftness are present at the same time. After the first spell is cast, OoC must still be on the druid.
