Bug description: Retri: selfless healer stacks are consumed by WoG, lay on hands. should be consumed only by flash of light
Holy: adding the two above + holy shock and should be consumed only by flash of light, holy radiance, divine light
what works:
- stacks counter when you use judgement
- increase heal only on other players

Partea cu Reduced Mana Cost si Cast Time merge ok.

Mai trebuie adaugate urmatoarele pentru spec-ul Holy:

Light of Dawn consuma stacks (nu ar trebui) - dar numai daca dai heal. Daca nimeni nu primeste heal-ul, stack-urile nu sunt consumate.
Holy Light consuma si el stacks, desi nu ar trebui.
Holy Shock nu consuma stacks cand dai damage cu el, doar cand dai heal.

L.E. Am observat ca stack-urile sunt consumate si de Holy Prism (talent)
De asemenea, marginile stralucitoare care apar in jurul buton-ului ar trebui sa apara numai dupa ce faci 3 stacks, in momentul de fata se pune de la 1 stack.
