[FIXED] [Death Knight][Unholy][Spell] Festering Strike

Bug description:
1. Whenever I apply diseases with a strength / attack power buff, they will snapshot it and deal more damage. However, if I use Festering Strike on those diseases after my buffs are gone, the diseases will be reverted to their original damage. The same goes if I use Festering Strike after gaining my Strength / Attack Power buffs - the diseases will start doing increased damage.

In short, Festering Strike shouldn't refreshes diseases with your current stats.

2. It does not refresh the duration of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=81326&&name=physical-vulnerability
