Bug description: After you use 2x Consecutive Conflagrates you should get 6xBackdrafts.
Proof: Freakz http://imgur.com/eDeOh6b 2x conflagrate used only on 3 Backdrafts.

Confirmed. Backdraft should have 6 maximum stacks. Besides, Chaost Bolt should should consume at least 3 stacks. If you have less than 3 stacks, then the cast time must not be affected.
