Bug description: Brain freeaz se activeaza foarte greu din living bomb. Din frost bomb procuie pe single target foarte rar, iar la aoe procuie mai des dar nu 100%
Living bomb -> 25% per tick
Nether tempest -> 9% per tick
Frost bomb -> 100% on detonation
