Bug description:Rune of power nu da mana regen si poti beneficia de buf si alti playeri daca stau in el. Cand schimbi specul nu dispare.Animatia gresita : Are aceiasi culoare cu toate celalate animatii ale tuturor magilor.

Nu gasesc proof pentru culori diferite, cauta si da-mi pe pm.
Restul confirm:
1. nu da mana regen
2. Nu trebuie sa beneficieze si ceilalti playeri de buff. Acum beneficiaza
3. Daca este pus pe jos si schimbi specul trebuie sa dispara.
