Bug description: Doesn't reduce cooldown.
The way it should work is pretty simple: AMS absorbs magic damage up to 50% of the DK's maximum HP. So let's say you absorb magic damage equal to 20% of your HP, and after that AMS expires -> its cooldown will be reduced by 30%(13.5 seconds). If you take 0 damage, the cooldown will be reduced by 50% (22.5 seconds).
