Bug description: Reduces the cd on riptide, but won't reduce the initial healing by 75%.
Proof: direct heal-tooltipe- without glyph:7065 : http://tinypic.com/r/2nsvtqc/8
direct heal-tooltipe- with glyph:2826 : http://tinypic.com/r/535j5l/8
(75/100)*7065=5298.75
7065-5298.75=1766.25 diferent from 2826

Just tested, it seems it was already fixed. Repost if still not fixed or somehow gets bugged
