Bug description: Doesn't work. It should increase Blood Boil's damage by 50% at all times and make it ignore diseases (so it doesn't increase damage by 50% again).
Damage with Diseases (no glyph)
Damage with no Glyph and no Diseases
Damage with Glyph and with no Diseases
