Bug description: The healing received from Blackout Kick is based on the unmitigated physical damage.
Proof:
Dummy with 0 armor, 32197 damage, 6439 healing


Dummy with 13082 armor, 26691 damage, 6848 healing

Fixed. Also fixed damage/heal if spell was critical
