Bug description: Using Mass Entanglement on a mob will not root the mob untill he reaches original position where caster was when he used it.
(Visually he will have root animation and debuff,however he can still move)

it's a general bug regarding rooting. The mage ones act the same way.
Does that only in PVE to moving targets.
