Bug description: 1. It should have +60% crit chance on the direct heal. If you have 30% crit on your char sheet than Regrowth should have a 90% crit chance.
Having it glyphed with Glyph of regrowth should give you a 100% chance to crit, no matter what crit chance you have on the charsheet.

2. Each time Regrownt heals a target that's under 50% HP it should refresh it's duration to 6 seconds. So if you cast it on a target that will stay constantly at 30% it should stay on the target forever, refresing the duration to 6 seconds everytime th HoT ticks.
