Bug description: Against players, the slow should have a duration of 8 seconds, and the root 3 seconds. Also, it should be refreshed when there's 1 second left, instead of being refreshed every second.

At 1:45 he slows the rogue, 8 seconds duration, then he roots him, 3 seconds duration.
At 11:34 when he slows the shaman, the duration gets refreshed when there's 1 second left.

Fixed. Root is actually 4 seconds (visually: 3, 2, 1, 0 remaining)
