Bug description: Scade Cooldown-ul doar cu 5 sec. nu 10 cum ar fi normal.

You probably have https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=131549 that reduces the cooldown of Thunderstorm by 50%.
https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=63270 reduces the cooldown of Thunderstorm by 10 sec.
https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=51490 has 45 CD baseline.

Thunderstorm's cooldown is reduced by the glyph first making the ability to have 35 sec CD.
THEN the cooldown is reduced by the set bonus, making it 17.5 sec. Not otherwise.
