[FIXED] [Mage][Fire][Spell] Scorch vs Heating Up

Bug description: If I already have a stack of Heating Up, and then I cast Scorch but it doesn't crit, the Heating Up buff will disappear instantly. There should be a 0.25 seconds delay before it disappears.

If you have Heating Up, and get a non-crit, then Heating Up gets removed, as expected.
-- However, if the non-crit came from a spell with a travel time, or from Scorch (which is supposed to be able to replace Fireball rotationally while moving), then we delay the removal of Heating Up by 0.25 sec.

Confirmed. Poate fi din cauza lagului. Dar in mod normal, rotatia presupune sa castezi si sa-ti permita sa bagi inferno blast peste scorch-ul ala. Ceea ce in cazul nostru nu se intampla.

Daca nu prinzi crit cu scorch, ar trebui sa mai reziste buffu' de "Heating up" inca vreo 0.3 secunde.
