Bug description:
1. If I use Touch of Karma on another Windwalker monk, and then he uses Touch of Karma as well, my own ToK will no longer have any effect (it won't absorb or redirect damage).
2. If the Monk is CC'd while using Touch of Karma, the spell won't redirect any damage for the full duration of the CC.
