Configuration not getting saved

Every i start wow from the "wow.exe", it's start on full screen and don't keep the changes that i do before.

Any idea or solutions?

Thanks a lot

I saw that topic title and thought that it was related to the dowload process not the in-game one.

I also have a crash error very frequently, this fix that problem too?
