[REJECTED] Slow effect animation

Bug description: When slowed characters have walking animation instead of running (but in slow motion) one.
Slow effect was changed in patch 3.3.0. With a visual that looks like you are running but in slow-motion.

Yes, this still happens but I don't see any GAME BREAKING bug.
Actually it's better this way. It simulates that you walk harder because of the slow effect.
I think it's just too much work for such a small effect.
