Bug description: Daca target-ul nu este in range-ul de Lullaby al petului,petul nu face nimic.
Proof: -

Petul ar trebui sa alerge catre target si sa foloseasca Lullaby daca acesta nu este in range.

Acest bug este si pentru petu de la warlock/dk etc.
