Bug description:
There appear daily, each master chef should Having its icon to start the mission but not out, trying to speak out directly to learn the recipes. The dialogue should have 2 to learn the recipes and daily mission.

confirmed, these quests arent available & need fixed asap!

Fixed & added to NPCs the following (live at server restart):

Normal quests:
Strong as a Tiger (has prequest Way of the Grill)
Agile as a Tiger (has prequest Way of the Wook)
The Soup of Contemplation (has prequest Way of the Pot)
The Spirit of Cooking (has prequest Way of the Steamer)
Endurance (has prequest Way of the Oven)
Also, Have a Drink now has prequest Way of the Brew.

Daily quests (only one out of 5 / day):
Fatty Goatsteak
Cindergut Peppers
The Mile-High Grub
The Thousand-Year Dumpling
The Truffle Shuffle
