Ingrediente

    - 500g capsuni proaspete
    - 3 pachetele de jeleu de capsuni
  • Pentru baza de biscuiti
    - 250g biscuit simpli
    - 100g unt
    - 60g zahar
    - 90ml( 9 linguri) apa rece
  • Pentru crema
    - 2 linguri de gelatina granulata
    - 340g smantana Nestle (2 cutii)
    - coaja rasa si zeama de la o lamaie medie
    - coaja rasa de la o portocala
    - 150ml frisca
    - 2 albusuri
    - 50g zahar pudra






Mod de preparare

  • Biscuitii se pun intr-o punga de plastic si se piseaza cu ajutorul unei vergele.

  • Intr-un vas se fierbe untul impreuna cu apa si zaharul.

  • Se adauga la biscuitii pisati aseazati intr-un vas de sticla termorezistent si se amesteca bine pentru a se repartiza uniform.

  • Se niveleaza cu ajutorul unei lnguri mari.

  • Se lasa la frigider sa se raceasca pana preparam crema.

  • Gelatina se dizolva in 2 linguri de apa in cuptorul cu microunde.

  • Se lasa deoparte sa se raceasca.

  • Intr-un bol se amesteca smantana cu zaharul,sucul si coaja rasa de la lamaie si portocala.

  • Se adauda cele 2 albuse batute spuma , gelatina si frisca. aseaza peste baza de biscuiti si se pune la frigider sa se intareasca.

  • Capsunile se spala bine, se pun intr-o strecuratoare sa se scurga bine apa de pe ele si se taie in jumatati.

  • Cele 3 pachete de jeleu se pregatesc conform instructiunilor de pe pachet si se lasa la rece pana cand incep sa se intareasca putin.

  • Cand crema s-a intarit se acopera cu capsunile si jeleul putin intarit.

  • Se lasa la frigider 3-4 ore inainte de servire.

  • Se feliaza dupa dorinta.
