I only get Valor Points from doing Heroic Dungeons. I've had people tell me they get JP, but I haven't made any since i Hit lv 90. Can someone please help me out.

Every single boss killed in heroic dungeon should reward JP + valor points on every first clear (daily).

If you dont get JP per boss kill you should report in the bug report section.
