Bug description:
When you have two identical debuffs applied to you and you cast a dispel-type spell, only one of these effects is removed.

How to test it: Ask 2 players (e.g. fire mage) to apply the same DoT effect (e.g. Living Bomb). Only one of these effects will be removed after casting dispel.
