Bug description:
Doesn't take in consideration your spellpower as absorb (only 1040 absorb)
- no bonus spellpower for how much you've absorbed
- passive component doesn't give you a 15% bonus spellpower
- passive component (mana regen) doesn't dissapear when the spell has a CD

The passive component is not supposed to give 15% spell power, but 6% spell DAMAGE (and 65% bonus mana regen).

Again not spell power... spell damage. It should give up to 15% bonus spell damage depending on how much you've absorbed.
