[FIXED] [Shaman][All Specs][Spell] Earth Elemental Totem

Bug description: It should use https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=36213 (wowhead link) to taunt enemies that are in range of him.

Also its HP and physical damage should scale from the Shaman's HP and spell power (yes, also for Enhancement)

Proof: I can not test the Elemental since it dies in 1-2 hits lol it got a shit low HP amount

the taunt of the elementals is working nothing wrong with it

and the HP from the elementals are not that bad, this is on the live server!!!

This is an old bug, I don't think it's valid anymore, seems to be fixed
