Is not bug, works only for engineers

As he said... also, report Shrines issues here: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Shrine-of-Seven-Stars-Shrine-of-Two-Moons-t357666.html (most were already reported)... I'll try to find time this weekend and start some fixing through them.
