Bug description: Doesn't work. It has rates like 80% when you cast it, the druid stays in place and doesn't reach the target and no intrerupt.
Proof: Don't have proof, it is easy to test. More than 2 minutes doesn't take to test. It is like this until the patch is live.

English translation: Skull Bash doesn't always charge or interrupt the target.
Confirm only the charge part. Interrupt always works, no matter what.
I'd like to add the fact that it's most likely a pathfinding issue. It's also possible it's a range issue since I noticed it mostly doesn't work at higher ranges (10+ yards).
