Bug description:
hi
as shockeru said in site Jewelcrafting research fixed.
but its not fixed. after i crafted [Jewelcrafting: Primordial Ruby] i must find a red rare pandaria gem recipe of superior quality.
but i learned [Bind Sight Bait] its in my general tab (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=76696 (wowhead link)).

it is not fixed, i learned the same spell and no jewelcrafting recipe

Confirmed .. only Secrets of the Stone gives recipe others doesn't give....

Actually only Primordial Ruby was bugged (I messed up the spell ids), the other are ok. Fixed this one too
