Bug description: Quest Object to turn in quest is not spawned Empty Crate
Proof: Image from wowhead where crate should be spawned:

Image from Freakz where crate is not spawned:

Notice the yellow ? on my mini map indicating I should turn in the quest there.
But there is no crate to turn the quest into.

That is for 5.2... now we play on 5.0..

Added in patch 5.4.0
it is patch 5.4.8 currently

The quest gives reputation with a faction from Phase 2, it is a Phase 2 quest.
