Bug description: Tushui Tabard gives no reputation when completing dungeons.

You get the same amount of repuation in normal as you get in Heroic mode. Per mob you get 18 rep ( as human ) + guild perk and 360 per boss. Using your guild banner gives you even more *source*.

rep with these 2 factions can be obtained through 2 methods:
1. quests, normal quests from 1 - 90, but not all... some quests award reputation with the Horde or Alliance, meaning with all subfactions (ex. do quest X and you receive 75 Horde reputation, which translates to 75 with Ogg, 75 with Huojin, 75 with Undercity etc.)... this method is hard, because you do not know all the quests that award it and most of the players already completed loremaster

2. each tabard when worn will award:

• 20 rep / trash npc and 400 / boss in Mists of Pandaria dungeons
  
• 15 rep / trash npc and 300 / boss in Cataclysm dungeons
  
• 10 rep / trash npc and 200 / boss in Wrath of the Lich King Dungeons
  
• 5 rep / trash npc and 100 / boss in Vanilla/Classic dungeons
  
• TBC dungeons do not award any reputation, not being Azeroth continent (retail logic... seems legit)
